Abstract

This study discusses risk management analysis in the construction of the Bank Mandiri office project in Bukittinggi City. The construction industry often encounters significant risks such as delays, cost overruns, and quality issues. The purposeofthis studyis to identifyand analyzepotential risk levels that mayoccur during the project implementation. A quantitative method was employed through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents directly involved in the project. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 2.6 for validity and reliability testing, and the Severity Index method was applied to assess risk severity. The results indicate that out of 30 risk items tested, 25 were deemed valid and reliable. The highest severity levels were identified in the project execution and management aspects. This study concludes that proper risk management application can reduce negative impacts on the project, and categorizing risks into low, medium, and high levels is crucial for accurate mitigation planning.
